Kevin C. Flesch

Kevin C. Flesch is a dedicated advocate for injured people and those accused of crimes in Colorado. He combines his extensive trial experience and knowledge of personal injury and criminal law with a personal commitment to the welfare of his clients and their families.

Mr. Flesch is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse (B.S. 1992) and the William Mitchell College of Law (J.D. 1996). He is admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

He is a member of the Arapahoe County, Colorado and American Bar Associations and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Flesch is the author of “The Issuance of Securities by Small and Growing Businesses: A Primer,” William Mitchell Law Review, Vol. 22 number 4, 1996.

Lori A. Beck

Lori A. Beck is an associate with the firm. She focuses her practice in the areas of criminal law and personal injury litigation.

Ms. Beck is a graduate of the University of Washington (B.A. 1995) and the Arizona State University (J.D. 2000). She is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming.

She is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
